Christmas Party

We have had a busy last day of school with our Christmas party, lots of dancing, games and many Learn Its Challenges (well done to Miss Adam's yellow table who were the champions). Thank you for all the very kind gifts which Miss McGowan and Miss Adam will certainly enjoy over the festive break. Merry Christmas everyone!

Christmas Unwrapped

We went to the Church Hall last week to learn all about the origins of Christmas. 'The Nutty Professor' told us about some of the modern Christmas celebrations and we learnt the importance of patience, as well as creating some festive decorations. A big thank you (and Merry Christmas!) to all the helpers who helped make it possible.

Play Leader Course

Primary 6 took part in a five week Play Leader course.  We learned about the qualities of a 'great leader' and the responsibilities involved. In the first week, we worked in groups to create our 'perfect' leader using equipment. Next term, the children will use their skills to organise and play games with the younger children of the school. A big thank you to the S6 pupils who came from Gryffe to help us.
